Cozy Critter Box is a thoughtfully curated mystery box for animal lovers. Each box is filled with cute, cozy surprises inspired by your chosen theme: cat, dog, or bunny.

Are the boxes for pets or people?
Our boxes are made for animal lovers, not pets. Items may include accessories, stationery, home and kitchen finds, personal care items, plushies, squishies, fidgets, and other adorable surprises.

What themes can I choose from?
You can choose from three themes: cat, dog, or bunny.

What is the difference between a One-Scoop and Two-Scoop box?
A One-Scoop box includes a curated selection of cozy surprises and starts at $19.99. A Two-Scoop box includes even more items and starts at $37.99.

Can I choose more than one theme?
Yes. Each Cozy Critter Box is packed around one selected theme: cat, dog, or bunny. If you would like to order more than one theme, please add each box separately to your order.


What’s Inside the Box

Will I know exactly what is inside my box?
No. Each Cozy Critter Box is a mystery experience. The items inside are a surprise, and no two boxes are exactly the same.

What kinds of items may be included?
Boxes may include items such as keychains, wallets, tote bags, stickers, pens, sticky notes, bookmarks, cups, candles, makeup bags, hair accessories, socks, plushies, squishies, fidgets, cozy home items, and other cute animal-inspired goodies.

Are all items animal-themed?
Most items are selected to match your chosen cat, dog, or bunny theme, but some cozy or practical items may be included to complement the overall box.

Are the example photos exactly what I will receive?
No. Photos on our website and social media are examples of past boxes, possible items, or the general style of Cozy Critter Box. Because each box is a mystery and inventory changes frequently, specific items are not guaranteed.

Are items shown in photos guaranteed?
No. Items shown in photos are examples only and are not guaranteed. Your box may include different items depending on the theme you choose, current inventory, and availability.

Will every box look the same?
No. Each Cozy Critter Box is individually curated, so packaging, item selection, colors, sizes, designs, and presentation may vary slightly from box to box.

Can items be substituted?
Yes. Items may be substituted based on inventory, availability, theme, or packaging needs. Substitutions will be selected to match the overall style and value of your Cozy Critter Box as closely as possible.

Each Cozy Critter Box is curated to create a fun and thoughtful mystery experience. Item selection, quantity, size, style, and retail value may vary by box depending on inventory and availability.


Requests, Preferences & Custom Orders

Can I choose the color or style of items?
Since each box is a mystery, colors and styles will vary. This is part of the fun and surprise of receiving a Cozy Critter Box. If there is a color you absolutely do not wish to receive, please leave a note at checkout, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate it when possible.

Can I request certain items?
Because each box is a mystery, we cannot guarantee specific items. However, you may leave a note with preferences, and we’ll do our best to keep them in mind when packing your box. Requests depend on current inventory and availability.

Can you guarantee specific colors, styles, or items?
No. We are happy to review preferences when available, but we cannot guarantee specific colors, styles, characters, designs, or items. Preferences are considered requests only and depend on current inventory.

Can I order a custom box?
Custom requests may be available depending on inventory. Please message us before ordering if you have a special request.

Can I send a Cozy Critter Box as a gift?
Yes! Cozy Critter Boxes make thoughtful gifts for animal lovers. You can ship a box directly to the recipient and include a gift note when available.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available at checkout or listed on your invoice. Payment must be completed before your Cozy Critter Box is packed or shipped.

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. If payment is not completed, your box and selected theme are not reserved.

Should I review my order before checking out?
Yes. Please review your theme, quantity, shipping address, and any notes before placing your order. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible, especially after the 12-hour cancellation window.

Are taxes and shipping included in the listed price?
Listed box prices do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or included on your invoice.

Can I combine discounts or promotions?
Discounts, promotions, freebies, and special offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Promotions are available while supplies last and may change at any time.

Are items, freebies, and promotions available on a first-come, first-served basis?
Yes. Inventory is limited and may change quickly. Items, themes, freebies, and promotions are available while supplies last.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically packed and shipped as soon as possible. On average, most boxes are packed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, item availability, holidays, busy periods, and custom requests.

What if my order is delayed?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1–4 business days. Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, inventory changes, or unexpected delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Can shipping carriers experience delays?
Yes. Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other events outside of our control.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. If this changes, we’ll update our website and social media pages.

Do you offer local pickup or local delivery?
Local availability may vary. We are located in Snohomish County, Washington. Please contact us before ordering if you are interested in local pickup or local delivery.

Do you combine shipping for multiple boxes?
When possible, we may package multiple Cozy Critter Boxes together in one larger shipping box to help reduce shipping costs. Each box will still be separated inside.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Cozy Critter Box is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be replaced.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received?
Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, Cozy Critter Box is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier first for help locating the package. You may also contact us, and we’ll do our best to guide you through the next steps.


Returns, Cancellations & Order Issues

Are Cozy Critter Boxes final sale?
Yes. Due to the mystery and curated nature of Cozy Critter Boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may not be canceled after 12 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, we may have already started preparing, packing, or reserving items for your box, and the order can no longer be canceled.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or cancellations?
Due to the mystery and curated nature of our boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders may not be canceled after 12 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and help find an appropriate solution. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or support.


Safety & Use

Are Cozy Critter Boxes safe for pets?
No. Cozy Critter Boxes are made for people who love animals, not for pets. Items should not be given to pets to chew, eat, or play with unless clearly labeled as pet-safe.

Are Cozy Critter Boxes safe for children?
Cozy Critter Boxes may include small parts, accessories, stationery items, beauty items, or decorative items that may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended.

Do you accept allergy or sensitivity requests?
Please leave a note at checkout if you have any allergies or sensitivities. We’ll do our best to keep them in mind, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be allergy-safe or sensitivity-free.

Yes! A portion of every purchase is donated to an animal rescue. You may name a favorite rescue, or you can allow us to choose one of our favorite rescues.

Do you restock sold-out boxes?
Restocks depend on item availability. Because many items are limited, some boxes or themes may sell out quickly. Inventory changes frequently, so items shown on our website or social media may not always be available at the time of purchase. We are always working on adding new inventory and fresh surprises.

Will my order be photographed or shared on social media?
We may share photos or videos of packed boxes on our website or social media. We will never share your personal information, shipping address, or private order details.

What if there is an error on the website?
We do our best to keep all information accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Cozy Critter Box reserves the right to correct pricing, product details, availability, or policy information if needed.
