4. Animal-Themed Products
Cozy Critter Boxes are designed for animal lovers and are not intended for pets, unless a product is specifically labeled as pet-safe.
Customers are responsible for keeping all items away from pets and children when appropriate. Some items may contain small parts, packaging materials, or other components that could present a choking hazard or safety risk.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed through our official website or another approved Cozy Critter Box sales platform.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.
After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
If you notice an error in your order, including your shipping address or theme selection, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
7. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Cozy Critter Box is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of mystery boxes, curated surprise items, and add-on products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Duplicate orders
- Incorrect theme selection
- Preference for different items
- Dissatisfaction with mystery contents
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
After review, Cozy Critter Box may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.
10. Add-On Items
Add-on items may only be purchased with a Cozy Critter Box order unless otherwise stated.
Add-on items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If add-on items are purchased without a qualifying Cozy Critter Box order, we reserve the right to cancel the add-on portion of the order or contact the customer for resolution.
11. Donations to Animal Rescues
A portion of every Cozy Critter Box purchase is donated to an animal rescue.
Donation amounts, timing, and selected rescue organizations may vary at the discretion of Cozy Critter Box. Customers may be given the option to suggest a rescue; however, Cozy Critter Box reserves the right to determine final donation recipients.
Donation-related information is provided for transparency and community support. Purchases are not tax-deductible donations to the customer unless otherwise stated by a qualified organization.
12. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including business name, logos, photos, graphics, product descriptions, text, and branding, belongs to Cozy Critter Box or is used with permission.
