Refund policy

At Cozy Critter Box, each box is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care. Because our boxes include mystery items and limited-quantity products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of mystery boxes, add-on items, and curated surprise products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Duplicate orders
  • Preference for different items
  • Dissatisfaction with mystery or surprise contents
  • Incorrect theme selection by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your concern, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Cozy Critter Box is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer-provided shipping information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Add-On Items

Add-on items may only be purchased with a Cozy Critter Box order at this time. Add-on purchases are also final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
